Pool Timing: Summer - 8 AM to 7 PM, Winter - 10 AM to 5 PM
Guests staying at Resort may use the swimming pool free of charge.
Swimming costume is mandatory to use swimming pool. You can carry any polyester or nylon type dress.
Food, Drinks or any glassware is not permitted in the pool or on the pool decks.
Pets are not allowed inside swimming pool.
Chewing tobacco, pan masala etc. inside the pool premises is strictly prohibited.
Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.
Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
Follow the instructions of the staff on duty at all time for your safety.
Don't Use pool when it is mentioned as closed.

STEP 02. You need to revert over call / whatsapp to hold the required number of cottages/rooms.
STEP 03. A mandatory advance of minimum 40% will be required to confirm the bookings. Payment modes will be provided on whatsapp.
STEP 04. Once the advance payment is done and verified, you will receive a booking confirmation on your whatsapp. Instantly your booking details will be shared with-in the Resort’s Whatsapp Group.

The cancellation Policy rules will be applicable on the advance booking amount.
If Cancellation made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date - Full refund less Rs 1000/- as a cancellation charge.
If Cancellation made from 10 days to 0 days prior to the arrival date - No Refund.
Cancellation refund will be processed in 7 working days.

40% of the total amount required as an advance for confirmation of your bookings.
Booking will not be treated confirmed if above said advance is not been deposited.

No Refund, If visitors deny to stay into the camps for any personal reason.
To and Fro charges (Rishikesh to Resort and Resort to Rishikesh) to be borne by Guests/Visitors.
There would be no pickup from the Resort for Rafting Activity. Visitors are requested to report at the Rafting office at Lakshman Jhula, Tapovan.
Total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
The camp facilities are exclusively for the resident guests. Drivers are required to make their own boarding and lodging arrangements.
Carrying of firearms / weapons / drugs are strictly prohibited.
Execution and completion of all the activities mentioned in the 24 hours package would completely depend upon the visitors timely readiness.
Visitors are required to follow the below mentioned meal timings.
Breakfast: upto 10:30 am, Lunch: upto 3:00 pm, Eveneing Snacks: upto 8:30 pm, Dinner: upto 10:30 pm
Three to Four bonfires will be provided to all the groups in camp.
All activities are subject to the weather conditions.
In case of road blocking due to traffic jam, landside, storm or any other natural disaster, pandemic etc. Resort will not be responsible for any refund of fare. If a passenger chooses to proceed further on his/their own in such a situation, Resort will not be responsible for their action.
Resort does not offer any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
Unreasonable or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and camp managers reserve the right to refuse the entry of anyone who is behaving badly and causing troubles to other holidaymakers. In such cases Resort will not provide a refund for holiday days lost.
